- Bernard Gee Added April 21, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Assistant did not listen to my complaint. I had picked up my parcel yesterday after ringing my supplier (medical needs). I was given the consignment number. All was good. Today I received the Final Notice. Strange because I had not received any prior notification. I would like to have the delivery drivers, postmen to be more vigilant into which boxes notices (and mail) are put. The assistant was not interested in that I didn't receive any notification and basically ended the call when I said I wanted to make a complaint. He rattled off the number and promptly hung up. I find his manner to be quite unprofessional.
